All labour provided under this agreement is performed by verified self-employed subcontractors engaged under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). CREW2GO LTD acts as an intermediary and not as the employer of any individual. All subcontractors are responsible for their own tax and NI contributions under HMRC CIS rules. All subcontractor CIS and UTR details are held on file and can be provided upon request for auditing purposes. This invoice reflects services rendered on a business-to-business basis for temporary construction labour.

This invoice does not cover any PAYE employment or employer obligations.
